Project Setup and Performance Improvement:
Conduct diagnostics, implement, and enhance project management practices (e.g., co-planning, cash flow and resource management), manage crises (e.g., interface and communication management, redefinition of reference standards, crisis room facilitation).
Organizational Transformation:
Lead change management (e.g., define project/portfolio organization, digitalization, maturity milestones), performance management (e.g., decision-making processes, S&OP, development time reduction), deploy methodologies (e.g., Agile, Earned Value, etc.).
Key Positions Management:
Take charge of key roles such as program/project director, PMO, projectmanager, lead planner, etc.
